Which type of proof do you need to submit TRC?
In order to submit TRC you need to have the following information at hand:
- Date of Training
- Training Type (Masterclass, Workshop, Teacher Training, Concert, Summit)
- Duration
- Certificate or confirmation with your name and date

What if you don't have a certificate or confirmation? In this case, you could ask your teacher or yoga studio where the training was to create a quick confirmation for you. In some cases, if this is not possible you can reach out to our support and we will find a solution: support@insideyoga.org
