What can I do when my credit card payment fails?
When you receive a message from us saying your credit card payment failed, it can be due to several reasons: Your credit card may either be expired, your credit card was stolen, or you have insufficient funds on that account.
CASE 1 – PENDING, BILLING UPDATE REQUIRED
If this happens, we suggest renewing or updating your payment details. A payment attempt has been made, however unsuccessful. At this point, you will be able to access our paid content, however for a limited time only.
CASE 2 – OVERDUE, SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATED
If this happens, it is recommended to re-purchase your subscription, as your subscription has already terminated. At this point, you will be unable to access our paid content.
