All our Academy products are accompanied by a detailed workbook that complements the videos. You can find it in your Community Group or under the tab "Resources" underneath the training video.
For the "200 Hour Inside Yoga Teacher Training, the "Inside Flow Academy" and "The Art of Teaching" it is available in both English and German.
