All our Academy products are accompanied by a detailed workbook that complements the videos. You can find it in your Community Group: https://academy.insideyoga.org/

If you are taking part in “The Art of Teaching” or the “Inside Flow Junior Teacher Training”, you will find your workbook under the “Resources” tab underneath your training videos.
For the "200 Hour Inside Yoga Teacher Training" , the "Inside Flow Teacher Training", the german "Inside Flow Grundausbildung" and "The Art of Teaching" it is available in both English and German.
