How to find a purchase in my account? I can’t seem to find it.
If you can't find a purchased program in your account, there may be several reasons. First make sure, that you´re logged in.
You will usually see your previously purchased programs under "Continue watching" right beneath the header or you can simply use the search bar to find them. Another option is to add your previously purchased programs to "Favorites" and find it right away in your Profile under "Favorites".
Once you have found your purchased program, you should be able to play it. You can identify whether you have access or not based on the symbols found next to the program overview.
A padlock symbol means you do not have access. The play button symbol means that you have access.
Important Note: You can view the products you purchased through Inside Online in your profile under "Dashboard" → "Purchases." However, please note that all offline events purchased through Inside Flow Official will not be visible there.
If you have purchased a program successfully and still can not gain access, please report this as an issue via email to support@insideyoga.org.
