How do I request a refund (iOS App)?

When you purchase a membership via our iOS app, all payments are processed through the App Store, not Inside Online. Those purchases are therefore not available for refunds via Inside Online.


If you want to request a refund for a purchase made through the iOS app, you will need to request the refund directly from the App Store. Apple provides detailed information on requesting a refund here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 .

NOTE: Only purchases listed in your purchase history are eligible for refunds.  Purchases more than 90 days old do not qualify for a refund.

To request a refund:

-View your purchase history

-Locate the order that needs refunded

-Click Report a Problem

-Provide detailed information about why a refund is being requested


Apple will process the request and determine if it is possible to process the refund.
