How do I request a refund (Android App)?

When you purchase a membership via our Android app, all payments are processed through the Google Play Store, not Inside Online.

Those purchases are therefore not available for refunds via Inside Online

If you want to request a refund for a purchase made through the Android app, you will need to request the refund directly from Google Play. Google provides detailed information on their refund policies and the process for requesting a refund here: https://play.google.com/store/account.

To request a refund:

- Go to https://play.google.com/store/account

- Click Order History

- Select the order that needs to be refunded

- Click Request a Refund or Report a Problem

-Provide detailed information about why the refund is being requested

Google Play will review the request and process a refund according to their policies.
