When using our filters, you will notice that there is an option called "Level" with four choices:
- 0 - Beginner
- 1 - Moderate
- 2 - Intermediate
- 3 - Advanced
But what do the individual levels tell you? And how do you know which one is right for you?
0- Beginner
If you are completely new, it is a good idea to start at Beginner level. You don't need much prior knowledge and will be guided slowly through the classes.
1 – Moderate
This means that you practice yoga occasionally, not necessarily very regularly. Maybe, you practice once a week or simply whenever you feel like it. We assume that you have at least some experience in yoga although this does not have to be very profound. But you know what to do when the Instructor says "Downward-Facing Dog".
2 – Intermediate
This level already requires sound knowledge and experience in yoga. You probably have established a regular yoga practice and want to expand and deepen your yoga knowledge and skills. You are familiar with the basic asanas and transitions and are now ready to take your yoga practice on the next level.
4 – Advanced
Yoga is like the air you breathe! You can't imagine a day or two without practicing yoga. You have already tried various yoga styles and mastered even some of the most challenging asanas and transitions. Your goal is to get new inspiration and input for your practice to challenge yourself. Maybe you're even a yoga teacher yourself.
Are you trying to figure out which difficulty the yoga practice has that you have selected?
Then just scroll down and check the difficulty of the yoga practice. You can find it underneath description of the class.
